Data Entry Specialist

One of our Toll divisions is seeking experienced data entry specialists to fill the roles of Returns Clerks. This is an on-going temporary role and the hours are from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Your core duties will include:


  1. Processing and coordinating Faulty Install Material Returns
  2. Tracking inventory with suppliers on returns for credit or replacement
  3. Maintaining up to date with returns request
  4. Data entry
  5. Pick and pack duties in the warehouse

Desired Skills and Experience:



  1. Must have steal cap shoes and high vis vest
  2. High attention to details
  3. Proficient computer skills in a variety of applications (Excel, Word).
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

  1. Reliable with the ability to work autonomously
